About Me

Connected systems,
not scattered tools.

I join up the parts of a business that were never designed to work together, then put the whole thing somewhere the owner can see it.

Most businesses don't have a technology problem. They have a joining-up problem.

The work is already getting done. It just gets done in nine different places that don't talk to each other. The same figure gets typed into a sheet, a form and an invoice. An enquiry sits in someone's inbox over the weekend. And the owner finds out how last month went somewhere in the middle of this one.

That gap is what I build for. Not another tool to add to the pile, but the layer that ties the pile together, so the business becomes something you can actually see and steer.

I'm not precious about the stack. I work across the major AI platforms and lean on prompt-led, AI-assisted and no-code or low-code development, because what matters is a working system this quarter, not a rebuild next year. Where AI earns its place, it takes the repetitive work, and a person still approves anything that counts.

Every engagement starts the same way: I learn how your organisation actually runs. Not the org chart version, the real thing, including the workaround everyone's too busy to mention.

Dashboards

One view of how the business is actually running.

Four boards, one picture. Built so the answer to "how are we doing" takes a glance, not a week and three people.

01

Admin

Who did what, who can, and who's waiting on approval. Users, roles and daily operational control.

02

Finance

Revenue, expenses, payouts, subscriptions and vendors. Current, not last month's guess.

03

Marketing

Campaigns, leads, funnels and conversions, so you can tell which channel actually pays.

04

Management

Everything above, on one screen, for the decisions that can't wait for a report.

Also build

The systems around the dashboard.

A dashboard only tells you what happened. These are the parts that go and do something about it.

AI chatbots
Voice assistants
Lead-qualification systems
Customer-support tools
Personalised outreach workflows
Content automation
AI-enabled SaaS
AI agents
Multi-step workflows
Human approval systems
Multimodal AI
Approach

Understand first. Automate second.

Automating a broken process just gets you the wrong answer faster. So the tooling comes last, on purpose.

01

Understand

Map how the work really moves today, end to end, including the workarounds.

02

Identify

Name the repetitive tasks, the disconnected systems, the reporting gaps, the bottleneck.

03

Structure

Decide what deserves a dashboard, a workflow, an assistant, or nothing at all.

04

Implement

Build it, hand it over working, with approvals wherever the stakes are real.

The objective

Not AI because it is popular.
AI because the problem is real.

Plenty of AI gets built to be demoed. I'd rather build the unglamorous thing that quietly removes a day of work every week, tells you the truth about your numbers, and still behaves when the business doubles.
